§ 4-305 MUNICIPAL SOLID WASTE DISPOSAL DEPARTMENT; MANNER OF COLLECTION AND DISPOSAL.
   The manner of solid waste collection and disposal by the municipality, or its contractor, shall be accomplished in conformance with the provisions of § 4-301, the same pertaining to garbage collection and disposal.
