§ 4-304 MUNICIPAL SOLID WASTE DISPOSAL DEPARTMENT; MANDATORY PICK-UP.
   All customers of the municipal electrical distribution system, both residential and commercial, shall become customers of the Municipal Solid Waste Disposal Department and shall be assessed a monthly fee for municipal services provided in this regard, as established by separate ordinance.
