§ 3-216 BUILDING SEWER INSTALLATION; EXPENSE; SEWER TAP FEE.
   (A)   All costs and expense incidental to the installation and connection of the building sewer shall be borne by the owner.
   (B)   The owner shall pay a tap fee in the amount of $250 and shall further indemnify the city from any loss or damage that may directly or indirectly be occasioned by the installation of the building sewer.
