§ 153.99 PENALTY.

Violation of any provision of this chapter shall be a fourth degree misdemeanor on the first offense. If a person has a prior conviction of any provision of this chapter, a second violation shall be a third degree misdemeanor. If a person has two or more prior convictions of any provision of this chapter, a violation shall be a second degree misdemeanor.
