Every person owning a non-owner occupied dwelling, whether said dwelling is currently occupied or not, shall register said dwelling in accordance with the terms of this chapter. A $10 registration fee will be charged by the village for each registration required under this chapter (other than a registration required when a dwelling becomes vacant). The registration requirement will not be completed until all required registration forms and all required registration fees are received by the village.
