Fence regulations are established in order to protect the public health, safety and general welfare by establishing regulations controlling the use of fences, in order to ensure property owners of privacy, security and personal preference in landscape design within their properties, with consideration of the surrounding environment, the appearance of the community as a whole, and the safety of the public and the individual.
