§ 151.16 ZONING INSPECTOR IN CHARGE OF REGULATING.
   (A)   The village has adopted the International Property Maintenance Code, as published by the International Code Council, as the property maintenance code of the village, for regulating and governing the conditions and maintenance of all property, buildings and structures; to provide the standards for supplied utilities and facilities and other physical things and conditions essential to ensure that structures are safe, sanitary and fit for occupation and use; for the condemnation of buildings and structures unfit for human occupancy and use, and the demolition of such existing structures in the village; to provide for the issuance of permits and collection of fees therefore; and to establish the regulations, provisions, penalties, conditions and terms of said Property Maintenance Code.
   (B)   The village is in need of someone to monitor, enforce, inspect and regulate pursuant to the authority granted in the Property Maintenance Code.
   (C)   The village hereby deems the Zoning Inspector, whoever may fill that position at any time, as the Code Official.
   (D)   The Code Official shall have all powers and duties as prescribed and authorized by the most current edition of the International Property Maintenance Code, as published by the International Code Council.
