§ 150.99 PENALTY.

(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.

(B) A person violating the request to remove the furniture in § 150.01, shall be assessed a $25 fine for each day that the furniture is not removed after the required time period from the initial request.
