§ 113.02 DEFINITION.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   VENDING MACHINE. Any coin/cash operated or credit/debit card operated machine for the vending of items such as beverages, tobacco products or food products.
