§ 93.020 APPLICATION OF SUBCHAPTER.
   The provisions of this subchapter shall apply to those areas which are within 75 feet of any property line which includes a residence or place of business, or within 25 feet of the edge of the payment along any road frontage of any lot or parcel of land which does not include a residence or place of business.
