§ 90.19 OWNERS OF DANGEROUS OR VICIOUS DOGS TO HAVE LIABILITY INSURANCE.
   (A)   Every owner, keeper or harborer of any dog found to be dangerous or vicious under this subchapter or any other substantially similar provision of the Ohio Revised Code or any other municipal ordinance shall obtain and maintain liability insurance with an insurer authorized to write liability insurance in this state providing coverage in each occurrence, subject to a limit, exclusive of interest and costs, of not less than $100,000 because of damage or bodily injury to or death of a person caused by the vicious dog.
   (B)   Proof of insurance must be shown to any member of the Village Police Department at any time requested.
