(A) No truck shall travel upon village streets except where the same is marked “Truck Route”, except for local deliveries.
(B) The Village Administrator shall set out the “Truck Route” in the said village by and with the consent of Council; he or she shall further make appropriate signs designating the said “Truck Route”, and install same.
(C) Any person who violates division (A) above shall be fined not less than $100 nor more than $500 and costs.
