SCHEDULE I. ONE-WAY STREETS.
   (A)   The following shall be a one-way street proceeding as follows: on Fourth Street north to Wilson Street, thence west on Wilson Street to the alley.
   (B)   The operator, or the owner, of the motor vehicle driving in violation of division (A) above shall be subject to a fine of $10 and costs.
