§ 76.14 PARKING OF TRAILERS, MOTOR HOMES OR RECREATIONAL VEHICLES ON VILLAGE STREETS AND ALLEYS.
   (A)   The parking of any trailer, motor home or recreational vehicle on the public streets or alleys of the village shall be prohibited except as otherwise provided herein. A TRAILER shall broadly be defined to include any vehicle used to transport watercraft, campers, other vehicles, goods, persons, property or equipment, whether or not the vehicle is being utilized for such purpose or carries such item at the time.
   (B)   Any trailer, motor home or recreational vehicle that is self propelled or otherwise physically attached in tow to a motor vehicle shall be prohibited from parking on the public streets or alleys of the village for more than 24 hours within any seven-day period.
   (C)   Whoever violates divisions (A) and (B) above shall be fined not less than $25 nor more than $100. Each day that the offender remains in violation of this section shall constitute a separate offense.
