§ 76.13 DESIGNATING 72-HOUR PARKING ON VILLAGE STREETS AND ROADWAYS.
   (A)   No person shall stop or park a motor vehicle, except in compliance with the directions of a law enforcement officer, for a period of longer than 72 hours on the streets and roadways located in the village.
   (B)   (1)   A person violating this section, on the first violation, shall be assessed a fine of $5.
      (2)   Each subsequent violation of this section shall result in a fine of $50.
   (C)   Upon a violation of this section, the Police Department of the village shall have the authority and discretion to cause the towing of an illegally parked vehicle, and the vehicle owner shall be solely responsible for the towing expense.
