(A) The use of skateboards, scooters and roller skates shall be prohibited from areas of property owned, controlled and maintained by the village and where the village has caused to be posted in a clearly visible location signs designating the prohibited use of said items in the area of the posting.
(B) Any person found to be in violation of this section shall be charged with violation thereof, conviction of which shall be a minor misdemeanor on the first offense punishable by a fine of not more than $150 upon each occurrence.
