§ 32.18 COSTS FOR PUBLIC RECORDS.
   (A)   Those seeking public records will be charged only the actual costs of making copies.
   (B)   Actual costs include:
      (1)   The charge for paper copies is $0.05 per page;
      (2)   The charge for downloaded computer files to a computer disc is $1 per disc; and
      (3)   There is no charge for documents e-mailed.
   (C)   Requesters may ask that documents be mailed to them. They will be charged the actual costs of the postage and mailing supplies
   (D)   The village will not charge, under any circumstances, for an employee’s time to complete the records compilation or for sending the documents.
