§ 32.16 PUBLIC RECORDS.
   (A)   PUBLIC RECORDS shall mean all records as listed in R.C. § 149.43(A)(1). RECORDS shall mean all documents as listed in R.C. § 149.011(G).
   (B)   It is the policy of the village that, as required by state law, records will be organized and maintained so that they are readily available for inspection and copying.
