§ 31.02 REQUIRING DOMICILE WITHIN THE CLAYMONT CITY SCHOOL DISTRICT FOR VILLAGE EMPLOYEES.
   (A)   All employees of the village, except the Village Solicitor, shall be a resident of the Claymont City School District.
   (B)   In the event that new employees, except the Village Solicitor, being hired, they shall set up residence in the Claymont City School District within a six-month period and maintain said residence during employment with the village.
