§ 31.01 REQUIREMENT THAT VILLAGE’S SAFETY FORCES BE TRAINED AND PASS A COURSE IN CARDIOPULMONARY RESUSCITATION.
   (A)   All employees of the Village Fire Department and Police Department shall complete an approved course of instruction in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) by June 1, 1988.
   (B)   The village will conduct cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) classes for the benefit of its safety employees, and any other employee of the village who desires to complete CPR training.
   (C)   The village employee required to take CPR training may complete a course of instruction from any other approved instructor at his or her expense provided it is completed by June 1, 1988 in the event of a conflict in the scheduling of the village’s CPR classes.
