(A) No single-family, one-story dwelling shall be erected with less than 1,000 square feet of gross ground floor area, exclusive of breezeways, porches, terraces, and garages.
(B) No single-family, multiple story dwelling shall be erected with less than 600 square feet of gross ground floor area (“living space”), exclusive of breezeways, porches, terraces, and garages.
(C) Each dwelling unit must be at least 25 feet wide at its narrowest point, exclusive of entryways, breezeways, porches, terraces, and garages.
(D) Each dwelling unit must be at least 40 feet long at its narrowest point, exclusive of entryways, breezeways, porches, terraces, and garages.
