§ 155.235 O-D DISTRICT OBJECTIVES.

District regulations are established in this section to carry out the purposes which are stated in the preamble to this zoning code especially to achieve the following objective: to provide flexibility for the use of land on the fringes of the village where highway accessibility is desirable and where large tracts of land now exist or may become available.
