To carry out the general purposes of this zoning chapter and specifically the objectives of § 155.105, the following principal uses are permitted:
(A) Single-family dwellings;
(B) Two-family dwellings;
(C) Public uses;
(D) Quasipublic uses;
(E) Plant cultivation;
(F) Essential services; and
(G) Accessory uses.
