§ 50.16 PARKING OF TRASH TRUCK.

(A) No person shall park or cause to be parked a trash truck on the streets and roadways located in the village, except for the specific purpose of loading said trash truck.

(B) For the purpose of this section, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.

TRASH TRUCK. Any commercial vehicle utilized for the collection and dispose of garbage or refuse.
