(A) No person shall operate a trash truck on the streets and roadways located in the village except between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.
(B) For the purpose of this section, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
OPERATE A TRASH TRUCK. Driving a trash truck for the purpose of collection of garbage and refuse.
TRASH TRUCK. Any commercial vehicle utilized for the collection and disposal of garbage or refuse.
