§ 50.01 RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY GARBAGE COLLECTION.

Each owner-occupant of a residential property shall ensure that the residential property has in place continuous, private garbage collection service for the residential property, with the garbage/recycling disposal provider as authorized by the village.
