36.05 SUPERVISION OF FIRE DEPARTMENT.

The Fire Chief shall have general supervision of the Fire Department subject to the control of the City Manager and shall have command, control, and direction of all members of the Fire Department and all other persons, officers or police who may be present at emergency scenes.
