A. Business license fees for mobile food vendors shall be a forty-five dollar ($45.00) annual fee, renewed in January of each year.
B. Use of city parks fees will be assessed to vendors that are approved for use of city parks. This fee will be renewed annually in January, in addition to the forty-five dollar ($45.00) business license fee.
C. The business license registration fee may not be prorated for business conducted for a portion of the year. (Ord. 1291, 6-16-2020)
