Such acquisition shall be in accordance with the plans and specifications furnished by the leasing-operating company and all contracts, work, labor, moving, materials, machinery and equipment shall be performed, furnished and installed under the supervision and control of the company, and any contracts entered into in connection with the acquisition of any such project shall be approved by the company, in order to assure proper adaptability and relocation of such project or projects to the use for which the project or projects are acquired.
