13-6-9: RECORDING OF SUBDIVISION:
No subdivision or phase of a subdivision shall be recorded at the county clerk's office until:
   A.   Completion Of Construction: Construction has been completed, inspected, and accepted by the city; or
   B.   Security: The subdivider provides security by means of certificate of deposit, irrevocable letter of credit, or bond that has been accepted by the city. (Ord. 989, 2-8-1999)
