A. Adoption: The Deming-Luna County extraterritorial zoning regulations adopted by the Deming-Luna County extraterritorial authority on January 3, 1979, shall be and hereby is adopted by the city by reference, pursuant to New Mexico Statutes Annotated section 3-17-6.
B. Copy Available For Inspection: A copy of the Deming-Luna County extraterritorial zoning regulations adopted by reference is available for inspection during the city clerk's normal and regular business hours at the Deming municipal building. (Ord. 632, 3-12-1979; amd. 2001 Code)
