Any inactive aircraft parked on any ramp area of the airport for a period exceeding two (2) weeks will be assessed a ramp parking fee equal to the equivalent monthly community hangar fee in effect or, on a per diem basis, a fee equal to the monthly equivalent community hangar fee in effect divided by thirty (30) plus twenty five percent (25%), whichever is less.
