All owners of aircraft based on the Deming municipal airport shall maintain financial responsibility in the amounts as may be required by the city. All Deming municipal airport based aircraft owners shall furnish the city evidence of meeting the required financial responsibility. The minimum shall be:

Evidence acceptable to the city is a certificate of insurance or a bond issued by a surety company authorized to transact business in the state. Aircraft owners not meeting this requirement will not be permitted to operate from the Deming municipal airport. (Ord. 960, 12-8-1997)
