9-7-9: COLLECTION OF SERVICE CONNECTION FEES:
Water and/or sanitary sewer and/or gas connection fees are payable upon the earlier of:
   A.   An application for connection to the water, or sanitary sewer or gas systems of the city.
   B.   An application for a building permit for development or redevelopment of a parcel of land. (Ord. 1232, 11-13-2012)
