9-7-2: STATUTORY AUTHORITY:

The regulations and fees established by this chapter are created pursuant to the enabling authority set forth in New Mexico Statutes Annotated, 1978, sections 3-18-25, 3-25-1 et seq., 3-26-1 et seq., 3-27-1 et seq., and 3-49-1 et seq. (Ord. 1232, 11-13-2012)
