A. Penalty Imposed: Every person convicted of a violation of this chapter shall be punished as provided in the general penalty in section 1-4-1 of this code, and each day this chapter is violated shall constitute a separate offense. The conviction and punishment of any person for a violation shall not excuse or exempt such person from the payment of any fee due or unpaid at the time of such conviction and nothing herein shall prevent a criminal prosecution of any violation of the provisions of this chapter.
B. Collection Of Judgment: No property of any person shall be exempt from levy and sale of execution issued for the collection of a judgment for any fee imposed by this chapter. (Ord. 1190, 7-13-2009; amd. Ord. 1287, 12-17-2019)
