8-3-1: APPLICABILITY OF CHAPTER:
It shall be the duty of any owner of any real property within the city limits to maintain and trim trees and shrubbery on property owned or occupied by him in accordance with the provisions of this chapter. (Ord. 1032, 10-9-2000)
