The following words, terms and phrases, when used in this chapter, shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section, except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning:
PARK: Means any area of land designated and maintained by the City as a place of beauty, recreation or both.
WATER BODY OR BODIES: Means any lake, pond, stream, creek, drainage way, waterway, wetland, or other area where water naturally flows and/or drains within City-owned park(s) and recreational area(s). (Ord. 1279, 7-8-2019)
