7-4-2: MVD ADMINISTRATION FEES:
The city of Deming shall cause to be collected an administrative fee of five dollars ($5.00) from each person requesting a service in connection with every transaction processed for the MVD by the city of Deming as an agent of MVD. (Ord. 1249, 6-9-2014)
