6-1D-1: BICYCLES:
It is unlawful for any person to ride a bicycle along or upon any sidewalk in the city, or upon the streets of the city at night without a bicycle lamp and rear reflectors while such bicycle is being used 1 . (Ord. 748, 8-12-1985)
