5-4-12: SEVERABILITY:

If any section, subsection, paragraph, phrase or other portion of this chapter shall be declared invalid for any reason whatsoever by a court of competent jurisdiction, then such decision shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining portions of this chapter.
