4-5-4: PENALTY:

Any person who violates any provision of this chapter is subject to the general penalty provision set forth in section 1-4-1 of this code. Each incident in violation of this chapter shall constitute a separate offense and each day of violation shall constitute a separate offense. (Ord. 1109, 5-9-2005)
