Any person who owns, harbors, or is the custodian of a dog in the city of Deming is subject to the noise and other requirements in title 6, chapter 2, "Animal Control", of this code, and upon violation thereof shall be subject to the penalties set forth in that chapter. (Ord. 1174, 11-13-2007)
