Every licensee may install, service and maintain at his sole expense and without expense or liability on the part of the city a uniform annunciator alarm cabinet approved by the chief of police, with accessories, connections and auxiliary equipment required for the operation of the same in the radio dispatch room of the police department in a location where the visual and audible signals therefrom may be easily seen and heard by the dispatcher and may connect the same by leased telephone wires to switches or other actuating devices in or on various places within the city for the purpose of providing a direct burglar alarm system between any premises and radio dispatch room.
