3-12-4: EMERGENCY SERVICE:

Every licensee shall have available at all hours service personnel to respond to emergency calls. Service personnel shall render emergency service at all hours of the day upon the request of the police or fire departments or other authorized city officials. (Ord. 578, 1977)
