3-12-2: LICENSE FEE:

Every licensee shall pay a fee of ten dollars ($10.00) per connection, per month, payable in advance, provided no license fee shall be charged for any person using alarm services and devices for medical emergencies. (Ord. 900, 2-13-1995)
