A. Prohibition: It shall be unlawful for any person engaged in the business of buying or selling secondhand goods or junk of any kind in the city to purchase or receive any article whatsoever from any person under the age of eighteen (18) years, without the written consent of the parent or guardian of said minor.
B. Violation, Misdemeanor: Every person engaged in the business of buying or selling secondhand goods or junk of any kind in the city who shall purchase or receive any article whatsoever from any person under the age of eighteen (18) years, without the written consent of the parent or guardian of said minor, shall, on conviction thereof, be adjudged guilty of a misdemeanor.
