3-8-3: REPORT TO POLICE CHIEF:
It shall be the duty of every person engaged in the business of a pawnbroker to furnish to the police department when requested, an accurate and complete report, which accurate and complete report shall show all property of every kind received or purchased by him, together with the description of the property, the description of the person offering the same to him, together with the person's address. The report shall give the age, complexion, sex, and approximate height of the person delivering the property to the pawnbroker, together with the time at which the property was received and the report shall contain any other information which from time to time may be required by the chief of police.
