2-2-7: CONTRACTS:

The city shall and hereby is authorized and empowered to enter into any contract to carry out the purposes of the establishment and maintenance of the public library and to that end may enter into such contracts with any state, federal, county or municipal agency as the city may deem necessary and proper. (Ord. 264, 3-3-1957)
