Said board of trustees shall enter into any such transactions relating to the establishment, support and maintenance of said library with the board of county commissioners and the board of education, to effectuate the purposes for which this chapter is adopted; and for the purpose of establishing a library, the city shall and hereby does accept as a gift the conveyance of all of the real and personal property of any kind whatsoever now belonging to, or in the name of Deming Library Association, a nonprofit corporation of the state.
